"The Unpublished Project" is a series of key visuals created as the brand identity for an event, celebrating the impact of an NGO’s partnerships and the societal change they help create. These visuals also serve as the foundation of the visual communication strategy for the event.

At the center of the concept is the ampersand — a symbol of connection and partnership. It becomes a flexible graphic device, transformed to reflect the diverse work of the NGO’s partners: from a science museum for children, to independent Bulgarian textile producers, to organisations supporting investigative media and more.

The NGO’s brand presence remains subtly in the background — acting as a structural base that supports and elevates each partner without taking the spotlight. This visual metaphor reflects the NGO’s real-world role: enabling others to grow and succeed while remaining quietly essential.

Each visual is tailored to the identity of a specific partner, while staying part of a unified system — a balance between individuality and shared purpose.
